A lot of the time, when people make training programmes, it's like a bunch of youexercises have been thrown up in the air an.

The job of a great personalised training programme is to provide you with a framework for success, based on your own individual circumstances, goals, history, and preferences.
It should give you a template to build on, and that is both acheiveable, accessible, and sustainable.

That's what I strive to give you when making you a programme.
​
I make it so that:
- You don't need to come up with a new plan each time you want to exercise.
- You don't use more time on your exercise than you need to
- You understand all the exercises (what they are, why they're there, how to do them, and how to progress or regress them)
- You can still progress, even when you go through a 'tough patch' (e.g. busy at work, Christmas time, lowered motivation, the kids are requiring extra energy,...)
- You don't over-do it and burn out, or under-do it and not see any change.

We work together to make the best plan for you.

That's why I always follow this process:
1. Free Consultation session where I find out about your training history, your current situation, and where you want to be.
2. A full session of exercise, where I get to know how you move, where your strengths and limitations are, and what level of technical skills are you at right now.
3. I make the programme.
4. We have a Review session, where we go over the programme together and i make sure you understand and are happy with it.
5. We meet again 1-2 weeks after you've received your programme to check-in, review, and adjust anything that might need adjusting, to make the programme is hitting the right level for you.
6. A final follow-up session after another 4-6 weeks to make sure you are on-track, happy with the programme and make any fine-tuning adjustments that have arisen.

Starts with a FREE 60min Consultation session - a chance to meet, try out some exercises together, and figure out the best way forward for you. We talk about your goals, exercise history, and how many times/how often you would like to train, as well as testing out the training together before you buy.

Then 4 x Personal training sessions + 1 written programme (scroll up to read the process and why I do it like this).

Get a plan that works for you, your goals, and as a part of your own unique situation/lifestyle.

Programme can be accompanied by video material if necessary.
